Use Review Receipts
- Open Review Receipts in Confluence. Your site administrator must have installed the app. It lists current pages your account can access.
- Find the page. Search by title or page ID, select a status and review interval, then choose Apply filters. Use Next or Previous to move between batches.
- Read the page and confirm its review. Return to the queue, select Confirm review, check the confirmation text, then select Confirm and record review. You need permission to edit that page.
- Check the result. The row shows its latest explicit review and next due date. Expand Receipt history to see previous confirmations.
- Save a report. Select Download CSV or Download HTML. When the fresh report is ready, select Save CSV or Save HTML. Your browser may ask where to save it.
Edits are separate from reviews. Updating a page does not confirm that someone reviewed it or renew its due date.
Understand a message
- No pages match these filtersClear your search or change the status, then apply filters. The search covers the loaded batch, not every page on the site.
- Edit permission requiredYou may be able to read a page without permission to confirm its review. Ask your site administrator about access.
- Page unavailable or access deniedRefresh the page list. The page may have moved out of your accessible results, been restricted or been deleted. Unavailability does not prove deletion.
- Subscription or trial requiredAsk your site administrator to check the app entitlement.
- A review may already be recordedRefresh and expand the page's receipt history before confirming again. A connection failure can occur after a review was saved.
- Report, storage or request unavailableKeep the displayed message and the time it occurred. Refresh once after a short wait. If it persists, contact support.
- History limit reachedThe app stops new confirmations instead of silently dropping earlier receipts. Contact support for guidance; do not erase history to retry.
Know the limits
Each batch contains up to 25 pages. Search, totals and exports apply to that loaded batch and the current filters. The review interval defaults to 90 elapsed days and can be set from 1 to 3,650 days for the report.
Upcoming means due within seven days. Completed means reviewed and due later. Neither label certifies that content is correct. History supports at most 1,000 receipts per page, subject to a smaller 200,000-byte ledger limit.
CSV contains account identifiers. HTML contains page metadata and receipt history with display labels where available. Treat downloaded reports as customer-controlled records and share them appropriately.
